Dr. Rajesh Kumar Baslas, PhD. Chemistry, is the retired Director of Higher Education, Uttar Pradesh. He is also former director general of Shrikrishna Institute of Management and Science, Moradabad. He is former Head of Chemistry Dept. at Govt. Raza P.G. College and has also served as Registrar of U.P. Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad.
He has research experience of 35 years since 1967. He has done research work in affiliation with University of Munster, Germany, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, etc. He has been a research guide and principal investigator in various research projects sanctioned by UGC, CSIR and UPSCT.
He is highly regarded in scientific world having published multiple scientific papers and is life member of different scientific socities like Indian Science Congress, Indian Chemistry Society, National Academy of Science and others.

Mr. Ravi Gangwal is a very renowed figure in the educational world of Indore. He served as the Principal of Tilokchand Jain H.S. School, Indore for 34 years and retired from this institute as its Director. He has also served as the President of the Principal Forum of Indore, member of the Physics Subject Committee of M.P Secondary Education Board and member of the Textbook Committee of M.P. State.
He is currently serving as the Chairman of Tirathbai Kalachand School Management Committee, one of the top ten schools in M.P. and Bharat Sagar Public School Management Committee. He is also the founder trustee of Maitrayee Padmanabhan Educational Trust and Shraman Sanskriti Vidhya Vardhan Trust.
Apart from academia, Mr. Gangwal has also played a pivotal role in the spread of Indian classical music during his tenure as the General Secretary of Abhinav Kala Samaj’s Management Committee.

Ms. Abhilasha Gaur is a hardcore management practitioner with 13 years of academic and corporate experience. She did her Bachelor in Business Administration from Kurukshetra University. Subsequently she did her PGDBM from Entrepreneurship & Mgt. Processes International Business School, Delhi in Human Resource Management and MBA in Marketing. She also did her M.Phil in Management. After attaining her management degrees she joined PERGO International as Business Consultant and later on joined Samridhi Finances as Branch Head. She switched over to Academics by joining Hyderabad School of Business Sciences as Academics Head and later joined Algol School of Management & Technology as Principal. She has been visiting faculty to many Management Institutes. Presently she is working as Vice President with Algol Group of Companies. She is responsible for developing strategic ideas/proposals to make the company successful and increase its revenue. Analyzing present market trends and developments, Creating business plans for all new company subsidiaries and business ventures. Working with senior management to refine the firm's mission and develop short- and long-term strategic business goals. Research and drive business expansion/collaboration opportunities for the development in conjunction with strategic plan.
She is pursuing her PhD. In Management on the topic “Generational Differences in Values and Organizational Commitment at Work- Study of Indian IT & ITES Sector”.
